Job Responsibilities:
Involve in marketing creative content from A to Z: concept development, content planning, and market deployment with other cross-functional teams
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Produce well-researched content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
Leading art direction (creating ideas) for Photoshoots & Videos using professional camera to cover all content posting for the blog.
Proposing content calendar & latest photography and videography trends.
Edit videos for both (Instagram reels & advertisement stories or youtube).
visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, printables.
knowledge in motion graphics and animation
Photography & videography for all events
Skills Required:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail field
Candidate must be passionate about social media content.
Photography skills using professional cameras including light setup and studio prep.
Videography & photography skills with motion graphics & animation
knowledge or familiar with content calendar

Spring Homes Real Estate is currently hiring an experienced real estate Female telesales operative to join the team and assist with day-to-day lead generation and closures. Candidates will be highly driven, and self-motivated and have previous experience in real estate and telesales.

Job role:
- Studying the details of properties, locations, types, offers, and offering rent and sales options to potential clients.
- Minimum 200-300 calls per day.
- Obtaining and updating lists of potential clients’ contact details.
- Calling active owners/tenants to encourage their property for listing, rental, and sales.
- Building portfolios of potential clients by documenting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker/sales team for closing.
- Documenting all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting yourself in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
